Study Subject: 44 y/o Male company executive, just diagnosed with Hyperlipidemia (High Cholesterol). Does not want to take cholesterol-lowering drugs. No supplements are currently being taken.

Subjective: No perceived symptoms.

Objective: Labs showed high Triglycerides, High Cholesterol, High LDL Cholesterol and low HDL Cholesterol. Digital Video Blood Microscopy showed raised Triglyceride crystals, raised poikilocytes, raised bicarbonate buffers & significant protein polymerization (oxidative stress).

Treatment: 3 Neprinol capsules, twice daily – between meals.

2 Month Follow-Up Visit

Subjective: No perceived symptoms, but reports that he has more energy and has lost some weight (4 lbs).

Objective: Labs showed slightly improved Triglycerides, Cholesterol, LDL and HDL values, but remain out of range. Digital Video Blood Microscopy showed a reduction in Triglyceride crystals, no bicarbonate buffers (normal), slight polymerization and slight poikilocytes.

Treatment: 3 Neprinol capsules, twice daily – between meals.

4 Month Follow-Up Visit

Subjective: No perceived symptoms. Continues to feel more energy and continues to lose weight (8lbs)

Objective: Lab values for Triglycerides, Cholesterol, LDL & HDL continue to improve, but remain slightly out of range. Digital Video Blood Microscopy showed some poikilocytes, otherwise all normal.

Treatment: 3 Neprinol capsules, twice daily – between meals.

6 Month Follow-Up Visit

6 Month Visit

Subjective: No perceived symptoms. Has maintained weight loss and good energy levels.

Objective: Labs were all within range. Digital Video Blood Microscopy was normal.

    This test subject, i.e. 44 year old male – did he follow any other protocol, other than the Neprinol to get his cholesterol in range?

    I have just started Neprinol (3 twice daily) and am making no others changes, as all other labs, weight, etc are normal. Coronary plaque, however is present.
